What can top sailing a Spritsail Skiff on a summer day?
A father-daughter sail enjoying the freedom of the winds and the fair breeze.
This painting is quintessentially Beaufort.
With the summer, salt water sailing past fishing boats and the old draw bridge these sailors are taking advantage of all Beaufort has to offer.
Hence the title "Wish You Were Here".
Add a beer and a fine meal and you can have the complete Beaufort experience in your own home.

"Wish You Were Here" is an oil painting by local artist, Donna Lee Nyzio, ASMA (American Society of Marine Artists)  12x24 unframed, (18x30 framed) and this slice of summer can be yours for $2,550.

The original painting will be on display at the NC Maritime Museum.
